KLM is recognised worldwide for its service and quality. These receive a lot of attention because at KLM, the customer is always centre stage. This approach has given KLM a lot of fans worldwide. In order to serve these fans well, KLM has started a Facebook fan page that has about 80,000 fans already! This fan page is filled with great content such as exclusive sales campaigns and inspiration for great trips. It's also possible to ask questions and to make requests about tickets. This allows Facebook-fans of KLM to keep up-to-date with all the news surrounding KLM.

KLM’s objective is to attract more people to become fans of their Facebook page. Your video should convince people why they should do that. Below is an overview of all the advantages that KLM offers on its Facebook page. Use these as input for your video.
